This Privacy Policy describes how Xask Labs LLP, the developer of SortedInterview ("We", "Us", "Our"), collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our website and mobile application (the "Service"), and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
We use your personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Application refers to SortedInterview, the software program provided by the Company, available on the web and as an Android application.
Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") refers to Xask Labs LLP, the developer of SortedInterview.
Country refers to: Telangana, India.
Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application and website.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company, such as third-party companies employed to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on the Company's behalf, perform services related to the Service, or assist in analyzing how the Service is used.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Usage Data
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as your Device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service through a mobile device, we may collect information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique ID, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use, and other diagnostic data.
Sign-In Information
If you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive basic profile information from Google (such as your name, email address, and profile picture) in accordance with your Google privacy settings and Google's own privacy policy.
Microphone and Screen Recordings
When you use the AI Interview practice feature, we access your device's microphone, and where you choose to share it, your screen, to record your interview practice session. These recordings are:
Uploaded to our servers and sent to our AI/language model service providers to generate transcripts, feedback, and performance scoring;
Retained in your Account so you can review your past sessions and feedback; and
Only captured while you are actively in a practice session — we do not access your microphone or screen at any other time, and recording requires your explicit device-level permission.
You can delete individual session recordings from within the Service, or request deletion of all your recordings by contacting us (see "Contact Us" below).
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To manage your Account: to manage your registration as a user of the Service.
To personalize your experience: such as recommending relevant jobs and interview practice content.
To contact you: by email or other equivalent forms of electronic communication regarding updates or informative communications related to the Service.
To manage your requests: to attend to and manage your requests to us.
For other purposes: such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and improving our Service.
We may share your personal information in the following situations:
- With AI/language model service providers: to process your interview practice audio, screen recordings, and responses, and generate transcripts, feedback, and scoring.
- With Service Providers: to host our infrastructure, monitor and analyze the use of our Service, and to contact you.
- For business transfers: in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
- With your consent: for any other purpose with your consent.
We do not sell your Personal Data to third parties.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Delete Your Account and Personal Data
You have the right to delete your Account and the Personal Data we have collected about you at any time, whether or not you continue to use the Service.
To request deletion, email us at support@xasklabs.com from the email address associated with your Account. We will delete your Account, profile information, resume/job history, and interview session recordings within 30 days of a verified request.
We may retain limited information after deletion where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal/regulatory compliance (for example, billing records required by tax law). Any such retained data is kept only as long as necessary for that purpose and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
